2025 was a year of transition and continued global uncertainty. Humanitarian crises, shrinking funding, climate change, and growing geopolitical instability placed increasing pressure on both affected communities and the organisations working alongside them. Throughout these challenges, Alliance2015 remained committed to strengthening collaboration, supporting joint action, and preparing for the next phase of our shared journey.
Our 2025 Annual Report highlights how Alliance2015 members continued to work together across humanitarian response, development, advocacy, and climate action while investing in stronger coordination, knowledge sharing, and country-level collaboration. From anticipatory action in Pakistan and emergency responses in Gaza and Ukraine to joint advocacy on food systems and climate finance, the report showcases the value of working as one Alliance.
The report also reflects on the Alliance’s internal learning, strategic refresh process, and efforts to strengthen collaboration across members and country teams, laying the foundations for the next Strategic Compass.
