Antonia is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Alliance2015, under the authority of the President and in cooperation with the Executive Board. She steers the development and implementation of the Alliance2015 multi-annual strategy, in collaboration with the Co-Chairs of the Implementation Groups and with the Executive Board’s advice, building the Alliance2015’s channels and relationships with key EU interlocutors and sector peers.

Antonia has been working over 25 years across a diverse range of humanitarian, development, peacemaking and peacebuilding issues in the not for profit sector; this experience includes extensive management, leadership and governance at strategic level, She has lived and worked in Afghanistan, Belgium (Brussels), Cambodia (Phnom Penh, Ratanakiri), India, (Kolkata), Indonesia (Jakarta), Switzerland (Geneva), Timor-Leste and the USA (New York) with many missions to other countries around the world.

Martina joined Alliance2015 in July 2018. As Knowledge Management and Communication Lead, she works as a focal point for knowledge management and communication within the Alliance2015 organisational system, boosting its branding and influencing capacity, bridging data, experience, information and learning from the operation countries.  

She has over 10 years of experience in translation, communication and event management, and holds a M.A. degree in Translation Studies and an International Master in European Studies.

Adriana works as a focal point for Advocacy within the Alliance2015 organisational system, boosting Alliance2015’s influencing capacity at country, EU and global levels through impactful research and evidence-based advocacy, and through enhanced internal and external networking.

She brings 23 years of experience as an advocate in European and global organizations on public policy, human rights-based sustainable development, law- and treaty-making. She led advocacy in the fields of social rights, climate justice, food systems, water and ecosystems, community development towards EU and UN decision-makers. She holds a LL.M. in EU and International Economic Law, a D.E.S. in Human Rights and a Hauser Global Fellowship at New York University School of Law. She also conducted missions to many countries in the world.

Franziska is a staff seconded by the German Allliance2015 member, Deutsche Welthungerhilfe e.V. to the Alliance2015 hub in Brussels. She works as a focal point for resource mobilization and exploration of new partnerships for joint Alliance2015 initiatives. Franziska also represents the Alliance2015 within CONCORD, the European confederation of development NGOs and contribute there to the Funding for Sustainable Development (FFSD) workstream. Franziska holds Master’s Degrees in Social and European Sciences and brings 20 years of experience within the development sector, including country assignments in Burundi, Kenya and Mali.

Valeria is a (part-time) staff member seconded by the Italian Alliance2015 member, CESVI to the Alliance2015 Hub in Brussels. She is currently co-chairing the Alliance2015 Advocacy and Communications Group, leading the joint work on influencing EU decision-makers on the Alliance2015 multi-annual strategy, with a focus on humanitarian aid and the HDP nexus approach.

She is responsible for CESVI’s global advocacy in its humanitarian and development action at international, European and country levels. She brings 15 years of experience in designing and managing advocacy strategy development, policy dialogue with decision-makers and leveraging donors’ support on sustainable policies that respect human rights, gender equality, social and environmental justice. She represents CESVI in several coalition committees and leads processes such as the C7 and C20, civil society official engagement groups in the G7 and G20 fora. Economist with extensive experience in research coordination, she has also authored several publications for effective and evidence-based advocacy.

Her primary focus is development cooperation in the Western Balkans region.

Eleonora is an Italian national with an academic background in International Studies, Diplomacy, and International Security. She has developed international experience in Brussels, Milan, and Rome, where she contributed to EU policy monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and operational support for international NGOs. At the Alliance2015 Hub in Brussels, she plays an active role in advancing joint emergency and operational initiatives. Her responsibilities include coordinating cross-member meetings, managing data flows and internal communications, and supporting the implementation of collaborative workplans and events that bring the network’s strategic goals to life. Driven by a strong belief in collective impact, she helps strengthen internal knowledge-sharing and maintains accessible digital tools that enable meaningful collaboration across the Alliance. Her work is fuelled by a deep commitment to humanitarian values and a desire to contribute to a more equitable and resilient world.
