Alliance2015 Cooperation in Project Countries
The six Alliance members work together on lobbying and advocacy campaigns in Europe, but also look for added value and synergies in their work in the South. A recent complete update of all activities reveals an increasing number of joint activities such as shared offices or EU-funded consortia projects.

Taken together, Alliance members currently work in
- 81 countries
- with a volume of 409,2 mio. Euro (project turnover 2006)
- with about 1.700 partner organizations
- with about 1.300 staff members (about 50/50 HQ and field, not counting local staff)
Within this framework and infrastructure, there are currently more than 60 ongoing and planned Alliance activities in the South, among them e.g.
- six shared offices (3x LA, 1x Asia, 2x Africa, all bilateral)
- 14 ongoing EU consortia projects (8x LA, 5x Asia, 1x Africa)
- 11 ongoing emergency/rehabilitation projects (6 of them in Indonesia)
