Alliance2015 Projects Map
Facts & Figures 2011
Below are some Alliance2015 statistics showing how much and what kind of funding the members received in 2011 and how they spent these funds.
During 2011, Alliance2015 members received a total of 598.7 million Euro. The majority of the funds came from the EC, from national governments or other institutional sources.
'Donations in kind' includes food donated by the World Food Pogramme, for example to Concern Worldwide for food distribution programmes in Zimbabwe.
The overall income of over half a billion Euro makes Alliance2015 one of the largest NGO networks in Europe.

The table below shows how the funding for each Alliance2015 member is composed. In 2011, Concern Worldwide has overtaken Welthungerhilfe, which had been the largest Alliance2015 member since the year 2000. ACTED continues to grow and for the second year in a row has been the third largest Alliance2015 member.
As stated above, 'In Kind' donations refer to grain or other food aid deliveries, mostly from the UN World Food Programme.
